كرات كيجل Adore U Wellness

Starting with the lightest weight felt almost too easy, but moving up to the heavier ball really engages the core muscles. I love that the set comes with four balls to choose from, since I can gradually increase the intensity.

I was surprised by how compact and discreet the silicone balls are, they're easy to insert and remove. Swapping between the three weights gives a noticeable progression in intensity during my exercises.

The varying weights really let me progress at my own pace, and the silicone is impressively smooth. I can already feel a difference in my pelvic floor after just a couple weeks of daily use.
