9Pines Self Sweetener

The shot itself is surprisingly smooth and not too syrupy, so it doesn’t overpower the drink. I’ve been adding it to club soda for a quick, sweet evening sipper.

I mixed this into a tropical cocktail last weekend and the natural pineapple sweetness was perfect—no artificial aftertaste. It blended effortlessly and gave my drink that naughty edge without being overpowering. Really impressed with how much flavor comes from just a shot.

Even as a shot, it's surprisingly smooth with a real pineapple kick. I've added it to a few different cocktails and it sweetens without turning syrupy. The 9-pineapple concentration feels strong but not artificial at all.
